Smashbox Always on matte liquid lipstick is a product I have been using for the past few days. It’s not as drying as some other lipsticks, and it has an excellent formula. The pigmentation is also great, with the only downside being that it doesn’t last very long before fading away from my lips.

The texture is like silk; it’s very creamy, so you can apply several coats without cracking or getting lines but still dries within seconds to a silky matte finish that doesn’t smudge off easily even if you eat greasy food. The colors are all beautiful and highly pigmented. I’m in love with the formula and the colors, and they’re my new favorite liquid lipsticks!

Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick Swatches:
Here are swatches of all the colors I’ve tried so far. They’re not as bright and pigmented on my arm as they are when I actually put them on, but you can still see that they dry to a matte finish with no transfer or flaking. The nude pink looks pretty much like it does in the tube – very creamy, almost like it’s more of a gloss than a matte liquid lipstick. I love the dusty rose color. It looks gorgeous with my skin tone and is perfect for everyday wear!
The mauve has great pigmentation – not as sheer as nude pink but still not quite as opaque or dark looking on my arm here either. You can see that the deep berry wine is a dark, vampy color, and the brick red is pretty bright. The rich chocolate brown is my favorite out of all of them – it’s not too light or dark and has great depth of color.
Overall, I’m in love with these Smashbox always on matte liquid lipstick! They’re my new favorites, and I can’t wait to try more colors. If you’re looking for a great matte liquid lipstick that doesn’t transfer or flake, I recommend giving these a try!
How To Apply Smashbox Always On Matte Liquid Lipstick
Apply Smashbox always on matte liquid lipstick in the center of your lips. Use the precision tip to define your lip, and then fill it in with color. Work from the center to the outer corners of your lips, following the natural contours. To help keep your lipstick in place, blot with a tissue. For extra long wear, finish with a light dusting of Smashbox Photo Finish Primer Oil.

Smashbox Always on matte liquid lipstick is a revolutionary product that I must try. I have been using this for over two years now, and it just keeps getting better. The formula is so lightweight, lasts all day long without drying out your lips or feeling heavy at all! It goes with any makeup look, too- if you want something more natural but still bold, apply the lighter color first, then layer the darker one on top of it for an opaque finish.
